Warehouse & Inventory Manager

Warehouse & Inventory Manager Cape Town | On-Site/Hybrid | Full-time

We’re looking for a systems-minded, highly accountable Warehouse & Inventory Manager who is ready to take full ownership of the end-to-end operational flow and champion the highest quality standards. You’ll Own and Deliver:

This is an operational leadership role where your focus is ensuring seamless, efficient, and profitable operations.

  • Warehouse Operations: Complete ownership of all warehouse activities, optimizing the layout, movement of goods, storage, and upliftment preparation.

  • Inventory & Cost Control: Full management of all inventory (raw materials, packaging, and finished goods) , maintaining optimal stock levels for production , and enforcing the First In, First Out (FIFO) rotation method.

  • Procurement Accountability: Accountable for the procurement of all materials, consumables, and utilities needed for production , including matching Purchase Orders (POs) and reporting price irregularities to Finance.

  • Operational Efficiency: Driving profitability by minimizing costs (COGS) and leading the “War on Waste” (WOW) through daily reviews and root cause analysis.

  • Quality & Compliance: Managing the facility to HACCP & FSSC standards , driving continuous quality improvement , and championing GMP housekeeping practices.

  • Team Leadership: Managing, training, and motivating a team of Facility Managers, Warehouse Assistants, and Forklift Drivers , fostering accountability, and ensuring effective shift handover rituals.

Someone technically strong in inventory and warehousing systems, proactive, and committed to high performance and quality. You must be able to hold teams accountable for performance and uphold all Health & Safety policies and regulations. Experience in a high-quality manufacturing or FMCG environment is a strong advantage.
