Tiny Keg Can Co is looking for a Quality Control Technologist to join the team to help nurture our quality culture in a business focused on beverage innovation.

You’ll Own and Deliver:

This is a critical operational role focused on maintaining our Quality Management System and ensuring our beverages meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • In-Process Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on the production line, including Brix, pH, CO2 levels, dissolved oxygen, and seam integrity.
  • Finished Product Testing: Perform comprehensive sensory evaluations (taste, aroma, appearance) and microbiological sampling to ensure excellence in every batch.
  • Environmental Stewardship: Execute environmental swabs of tanks and filling equipment to ensure a contamination-free manufacturing environment.
  • Laboratory Excellence: Safely operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated lab equipment such as refractometers, spectrophotometers, and Alcolyzers.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously record all quality data and test results, contributing to non-conformance reports and corrective action documentation.
  • Food Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to HACCP principles, GMPs, and company food safety policies while participating in internal and external audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Investigate quality issues to identify root causes and support initiatives that enhance process efficiency.

Hours: Full-time position (Monday- Friday including weekends on occasion) Night Shift work required.
