As sales administrator, you will need to strategically complete all need-to-do items around the office while improving current processes for company-wide synergy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

A Sales Administrator is responsible for all aspects of operating a canning line. This role requires you to:

  • Building trusted relations with key customers and stakeholders
  • Accepts and responds to organizational phone calls, emails, and traditional mail correspondence
  • Represents office interests in relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Field technical and logistical questions from customers.
  • Wine administration and paperwork, including movement of wine in bond, and completing all SAWIS documentation
  • Assists accounts department with creating quotes and material costs invoices for customers
  • Preparation of technical documents such as SOPs, Job Cards and Job Reports.
  • Displaying a customer-service orientation; dealing effectively with customer expectations while always championing company values. 

Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in office or sales administration. 
  • People skills: this role requires working with a number of stakeholders in many different departments. 
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude is absolutely required. There are no problems only opportunities to find solutions.

Required:

  • Driver’s licence

Hours: Full-time position (Monday- Friday)
