Tiny Keg Can Co is scaling up and about to embark on another phase of growth. As we look to double our production output we are looking for an ambitious Quality Assurance Manager. To drive change and nurture quality culture in a business focused on beverage innovation.

Headline Responsibilities

• Build and implement world-class systems and processes – ensuring perfect quality every time, despite the challenges of constant change and innovative new products.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Testing and Analysis: Oversee testing protocols for, dry goods, raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain our customer focus and deliver quality excellence.
• Maintaining and championing our Global Qualification (FSSC 22000) system. 
• Act as a leader and influencer of the Tiny Keg Can Co. culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience inequality control management 
• Beverage production and/or packaging experience is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to build process and systems within a growing business. 
• Proficient in conducting thorough root cause analyses to identify and address quality issues, minimizing defects and maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Experience with FSSC 22 000 Systems beneficial
• People skills: this role requires working with a number of stakeholders in a constantly changing environment. Excellent communication are critical
• Attitude: A positive, can-do (pun intended)  attitude is absolutely required. There are no problems, only opportunities to find solutions.

Salary: CTC is negotiable depending on experience. 

Hours: Full-time position (Monday- Friday including weekends on occasion)
