 Purpose

Handling current key accounts, project management and new business development coupled with the technical sales experience and an understanding of the beverage and canning industry.

 Headline Responsibilities

  • Servicing existing key customer accounts by way of regular communication through customer visits, email and telephones calls. Ensuring efficient and timeous information from customer to production
  • Co-ordination delivery of projects across departments to meet Key account customer requirements.
  • Help Guide customers through canning beverages with sound technical understanding of both liquids and canning practices
  • Ensure customer attrition through effective feedback loops.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business from new customers for the products and services that the Company provides

Requirements & Personal Attributes 

  • 5 years of experience in account management or similar customer service position
  • Technical experience in beverage packaging in particular wine is very advantageous.
  • Empathetic and human centric
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to think technically and strategically
  • The ability to research and problem solve
  • Strong communication skills (spoken, written and face-to-face)
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Pro-Active, self-driven and results orientated
  • Sound judgment and detail-oriented

Salary: Base salary will be dependent on experience

Hours: Full-time position (Monday- Friday including weekends on occasion)
